Pepsi does not collect data on children under the age of 16. However, they may enter competitions on the Pepsi websites, unless otherwise stated.

The information collected is used to customise the user's online experience and improve the content of Pepsi web pages. Other uses of this information include the internal review of the sites visited, number of users to the site. The information may also be used to notify users of future Pepsi promotions and, unless Pepsi is notified by users that users do wish not to receive such information, of products and services of third parties which may be of interest to users.
